Stylist, Jamie Hann executed a miracle! After decades of using my long hair as a "security blanket", Jamie built up my confidence to cut more than 12 inches off. My hair was in desperate need of a cut after almost 2 years of not cutting it because I didn't trust anyone to do it. She listened to exactly what I wanted and even took the time to cut my hair in stages so I could ease into my decision. She has a friendly (not pushy) disposition and is easy to talk to. I went in for an appointment with Jamie for the ultra smooth Brazilian blow out and a hair cut and I am in love with my hair. Having a mix of very thick 3A and 3B hair, also being Bi racial (Puerto Rican and black) I am so anxious all the time when getting my hair done by someone new especially by those who claim they can do curly ethnic or black hair. Jamie whipped my hair up and just went right in for it as if it was a family member doing your hair, and she didn't look scared when going through my curly locks, she made me feel very comfortable and assured me I was in good hands! She took her time and put lots of love into my hair and I left so happy! You can so tell she cares about her clients hair like I told her before she gained a forever client.

    So I needed to find another salon that could do not only cut and color but also a Brazilian Blowout. I searched on line and found Salon Del Rey in PB. I was so impressed with the reviews and multiple hairdressers were mentioned as being just superb. I went yesterday and Jamie took care of me. Her communication skills, care and knowledge were superior. She is super skilled and took time to identify what I wanted while also advising me in the kindest way what I should think about. I got a great cut and color and will be going back for the Brazilian. I would also say that she was interesting to talk to. Don't worry or hesitate if you need a new person.

    I came in to see Jamie Hann for a haircut and deep conditioning treatment. I had a very positive experience! She was very knowledgeable and knows how to work with my curly hair. She cut it in a way that allows my curls to stand out but stand down. I even had my loved ones ask what was new about my hair and they loved the new look. She's also very easy going and fun to talk to. I have since returned for a second repeat visit. I also will be returning to the salon with Jamie this month for New color I highly recommend her.
