Policies

Please let me know in advance of any cancellations or reschedulings that need to be made. A minimum of 72 hours notice is required to avoid any late cancellation fees.

Any cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the original service fee.

Anyone late past 15 minutes to their appointment will acquire a 50% late cancellation fee and will have to reschedule their appointment.

Any no-shows to appointments will acquire a 75% fee.




I do understand that emergencies happen! If there is an emergency, please let me know as soon as possible. I allow one per year at no charge.


Holiday Poilcies (October 1st thru December 31st)

Due to the high volume of appointment requests and the nature of the holiday season, my holiday policies are as follows:

-I will need one (1) week’s notice of any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments

  • Failure to give me notice within the specified time frame will acquire a 50% late cancelation fee of the initial appointment schedule

  • Any appointments made before or after working hours or requests on a day that is my day off will be charged at a premium rate
